Caitlin Remby, Principal and Founder

During her 15 year media career, Caitlin worked for media giants and advertising technology start-ups including Ziff Davis, Yahoo, Univision Interactive, Nokia/Navteq, WeatherBug, and Nexage (now part of Yahoo). Caitlin specialized in selling digital media and technology services, managing, and grooming top notch sales teams of new and innovative products. In 2011, Caitlin was named as one of the top "Women to Watch" by Mobile Marketer from her contributions and insights into mobile media.

With extensive experience as both a hiring manager and as a prospective candidate, Caitlin saw that most recruiters did not understand the hiring needs of the client, nor did they have true interest in a candidate's long-term career ambitions. With the creation of Digital Insiders Group, Caitlin has been able to take her “Insiders” perspective from the ad tech industry to create an ideal search experience for both the hiring manager as well as the candidates pursuing new opportunities.

Caitlin is an active alumnus at Boston College within their career development and mentoring program, a runner and accomplished triathlete, and mother of 2 boys.

Meghan Varas, Associate Recruiter

Meghan started her career working as a Financial Analyst for companies including Quantum, Goldman Sachs, and JCrew Corporate before working on her own business in the CPG category. In the years she's been with Digital Insiders Group, she's been able to draw from her background to make placements in Operations, IT, Data, Finance, and Accounting. Meghan is a Boston College graduate and mother of 2 girls.
